Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using banglabazar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions effective from 1 January 2026. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any third parties who interact with banglabazar services. Continued use after any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Service

You may use banglabazar solely for lawful personal gaming and competition purposes. Automated play, scripting, exploit abuse, or any action that degrades the experience for other players is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

You must not impersonate other players, post harmful content in community channels, or attempt to interfere with banglabazar servers or security measures in any way.

Intellectual Property

All game assets, tower designs, map layouts, code, and branding associated with banglabazar are the exclusive intellectual property of banglabazar. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to play — nothing more.

Limitation of Liability

banglabazar is provided on an as-is basis. The platform makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, though we target 98% uptime. We are not liable for lost progress due to events outside our direct control.

In no event shall banglabazar be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

banglabazar may integrate with third-party platforms for leaderboards, payments, or authentication. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's own terms and conditions.

Account Security

Enable two-factor authentication where available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. banglabazar cannot recover progress lost due to credentials shared with third parties.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting banglabazar support. Deletion is processed within 30 days of a confirmed request.

Changes to These Terms

banglabazar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect 14 days after posting. We will notify registered players by email before any material change becomes active.
